The Boston area has one French daycare and preschool program meeting our bar of at least 50% of the day in French: Capucine Montessori School, based in Cambridge / Somerville.
The program runs a genuine 50/50 French–English bilingual track. Tuition is published openly; see the card above for current rates.
It accepts children from 2.9 yr and runs through 6 yr, after which families typically move into a French K–12 school.
Ages, French share and tuition are sourced from each provider's website. Verify details directly with each program before enrolling.
Many K–12 schools also run their own PreK — start there directly, or continue from a French daycare. See every French immersion school across the Boston metro area.
Parents and providers alike — if a program conducts at least 50% of its day in French and isn't here, or you've spotted an error, tell us. Every correction makes the directory more accurate for the next family.
Questions, feedback, a French daycare to suggest, or a correction — we'd love to hear from you.
